10 Weeks!

Maddox is now 10 weeks old. I can't hardly believe it. It's weird to think that he was the baby I carried around for 9 1/2 months. He's definitely growing and changing.

He loved to chat now. Corey and my favorite is our morning time chats. Maddox goes to sleep around 9-10 pm and wakes up around 9-10 am. When he wakes up he's so adorable. He smiles, coos, and looks back and forth between Corey and I. It's been nice that Corey's been home so much over the holidays and can enjoy those fun morning chats.

We went to Great Grandma Adeline's again this month to do statements for my dad's business, so everyone got to see him in his cute "dude" outfit (thanks to Ginelle and Kari). The pants were a little snug at the waist (yes, they are 6-12 month pants).

Grandpa Rob felt like they were just too tight when Maddox was sitting - here's the solution. It looks like Maddox just finished Thanksgiving dinner.

Then we headed to Great Grandma Barb's house for a quick visit before we headed home. He gave her lots of coos and smiles too.

Happy New Year's - Grandma & Grandpa stopped for a quick visit on their way home from up north on New Year's Day.

Maddox gave Grandma lots of smiles and chatted with her. Grandpa felt left out, so he had to get in this picture.

New Year's was quite stressful with all the eating, sleeping, and pooping. Maddox had to show Grandma how tired he was.

Rowan's still his best buddy. They hang out a couple times a week. Rowan wanted to hold "BabyMaddox", so here it is. He was kind of excited at first.

They even had a short little chat.

But then I'm pretty sure Rowan couldn't feel his legs anymore and he was out of there. Maddox looked at me like "what's the problem mom?"

So we just lay them next to each other now. They like that too.
Rowan gets a little rough sometimes and starts to poke at Maddox. I think he wants Maddox to interact with him a little more, so he likes to poke, pinch and pick at him.

It snowed on New Year's Eve, so we put Maddox's "best in snow" outfit on. He was a little sleepy for the camera.

Then Corey and Maddox decided to watch a little football in the evening.

I tried to get him to look at his mirror instead of the TV, but he wasn't havin' it.

He took about a 20 minute nap in his crib today. We don't use it much yet because we don't have a monitor set up in there. It's just set up in our bedroom, so he mainly takes naps in his pack 'n' play.

Eleven weeks here we come!
