Fun at Work!

Hello, I can wave my arm around....

....it's also fun to put my hand in my mouth...

...Okay, I'm tired now, so I'm going to roll over and go to sleep.

Well, I just couldn't resist. I was at work last night and had to use the ultrasound machine to make sure a patient's baby was coming out head first and after I was done all the girls wanted to see my baby. It was quite active, moving around all over. Then it looked like it was waving at us and shoving it's fist in it's mouth. After about a minute it flipped over and fell asleep. You can even see the spinal colomn in the bottom picture. Our ultrasound machine at work is kind of crappy, so the pictures aren't great. Hope you enjoy!

13 weeks!

First trimester down, two to go! We had an ultrasound on April 7th and it actually looks like a little baby now. It's only about 3 1/2 inches long and has eyes, fingers, toes, & looks like a tiny little baby. Corey, Angie & Rowan came to the ultrasound too. The baby was super active and flipped over on it's tummy, then fell asleep. It was so cute! In the first ultrasound picture you can see a little hand up by the baby's nose and eyes.

Telling our Parents!

It's finally out of the bag! On February 21st we couldn't stand it anymore, so we had to tell our parents. We headed to Angie and Kyle's where my parents were visiting cute, little Rowan. We brought some birth pictures of Rowan along with a strategically placed picture of Corey & me holding a sign saying We're Pregnant. It seemed to take an eternity to get to that picture, but when they did they just gasped. Of course, my mother began to call everyone saying, "I'm going to be a grandma, again!" It was deja vu of last year at my sister's when they told my parents at Kyle's birthday. Rowan was the only one a little concerned and overwhelmed as you can see in the picture of Angie & meith him. He didn't know what was going on, but I'm sure he'll be excited to have a little cousin to push around.

Then we headed to Corey's parent's to share the news with them. We had Angie post the picture we used to tell my parents on Rowan's blog so we could suprise Corey's parents . When we got their, we had Jane check out all the cute new pictures of Rowan, but she didn't get past the first one. Needless to say, they were both ecstatic as well.

5 Weeks Pregnant!

Corey & I decided we'd take pictures of me and the progression of my belly, so we took some initial pictures at 5 weeks. Then, we took pics of us holding a sign saying We're Pregnant to mix in with pictures of Rowan to suprise my parents the next week.
