Halloween #2!

I've been trying to work on this post all weekend, but between Deer Camp and working I was a bit swamped. We stayed at my parents this past weekend for another Deer Camp, but oh deer, no deer this year. It was fun though. Thanks Mom and Dad for watching Maddox so I could sleep and Corey could hunt! You two are the best! Thanks to Scott too for hanging out with the little buddy. I think you have another best buddy on your hands.

Here's Maddox the morning of Halloween getting ready to go to the Parenting Oasis for the Halloween party.
This is shot of his favorite trick. He loves to look at things between his legs. He's such a ham!
Yay, the party!
Rowan, aka the monkey, joined us for the fun too!
Maddox, I don't think you're suppose to be climbing on the fireplace.
That afternoon we headed to our hometown for the trick-or-treat parade on Main Street. We saw some of our good friends Amelia, Vienna, and Tristin (our godson). Aren't they all so cute!
We also saw Cousin Lauren who was handing out stickers to the kids. Maddox got a bonus supply of stickers. Thanks Lauren!
Then we headed to Great Auntie Kris and Great Uncle Steve's house for a diaper change and some play time. Maddox had a blast playing with Kris.
After that we stopped at Great Auntie Tam Tam's house, but she wasn't home so we headed up the hill to Ray and Sandy's house.
Cheese! Here's Maddox trying out Mindi & Taylor's future girl's shades.
Mindi's due in January and we can't wait!
After Mindi & Taylor's, we went to Grandma Jane and Grandpa Chuck's house. Maddox got to try out his new chair and eat some turkey. Much better than all that candy, eh?
Finally, we ended up at Great Grandma Adeline's house where Grandpa Rob and Grandma Michelle were too. We played there until we went home to bed.
Some trick-or-treaters stopped by while we were there including Maddox's cousin Gabby who was born 2 days after Maddox. He liked to poke at her as you can tell. We're working on the whole gentle think. Maddox and Rowan played a little on Great Grandma's piano. Maddox has become fascinated with pianos, drums, and music lately.
He really got into his work as you can see.
I think this was the finale. Such a serious face.
We had such a great Halloween with everyone! Thanks for making it so special. We were going to try to make it to Auntie Jenna and Uncle Andy's house too, but Maddox completely crashed on the way up. I guess that's what a 45" nap all day will do for a kid.
